0 #1 Two Filipino men non-resident of your countryRoseulo Dagasdas 2012-11-25 09:24
Hi I planning to marry my partner of 2 years but we lived in the Philippines, Manila in particular. I want to give my partner a sense of connection in our relationship. He doesn't know my plans, I want it as a surprise for him. Since New York has no residency requirements. Please help me and give me some advise. Thanks. Joey
