White foldable hand fans were provided for the guests to keep themselves cool as Ian and Brian exchanged their self-written vows. Having already taken portraits before the ceremony, the husbands joined their guests for cocktail hour, enjoying a variety of garden-inspired cocktails and lawn games like giant Jenga.At the reception, guests were encouraged to sign a cloth-bound guest book and take pictures using disposable cameras.
