Openly gay City Councilman Chris Seelbach is shopping a motion, mandating the administration to study offering benefits to gay and lesbian employees and their partners, as well as its cost.The proposal will be introduced within the first 100 days of Seelbach\u2019s Nov. 8 election, he said. A survey shows there\u2019s broad support for offering benefits among the city council.Seelbach said the move helps GLBT Cincinnati residents and the city at large.
