Barney Frank, 72, exchanged vows with his longtime partner, James Ready, 42, and in doing so, made history by becoming the first sitting congressman to enter a same-sex marriage. The Massachusetts nuptials were held at the Boston Marriott hotel and officiated by Gov. Deval Patrick. The soon-to-be-retired congressman exchanged vows with his groom, pledging to love each other \u201con MSNBC or on Fox\u201d and \u201cin Congress or in retirement,\u201d in a short and sweet ceremony.The grooms wore tuxedos by Joseph Abboud and their wedding bands were made of black diamonds set in tungsten, a material that Ready specifically selected. \u201cIt helps keep me grounded, after going to lunch with the president,\u201d he said.The wedding was witnessed by 300 close friends and colleagues, including Rep.
