Also, no matter how much of an adrenaline  rush you\u2019re on, be sure to eat within 3 hours of waking up.&nbsp;  A choice like non-sugary cereal with berries and low-fat milk will get  your metabolism going, pack lots of vitamins and keep your energy up  for last-minute preparations.Protein-rich entrees like broiled salmon  with brown rice or a tuna sandwich on whole wheat provide the perfect  fuel for a busy groom or bride. Omega-3 fatty acids in the fish give  your skin, hair, nails and mood a boost, and all the B vitamins will  keep you from retaining water. If you want a more intense fluid flush,  try eating celery, asparagus, carrots, tomatoes, kiwi, melons and parsley,  all of which have a diuretic effect. But don\u2019t get too carried away:  That fluid has to come out somewhere.
