First, it was hands down one of the best Saturdays of the year. Spending the day with Morgan and Alicia was incredible. \n\nHere's a few things I wanted to note:\n\n1. Morgan and Alicia are both from a small town, but you actually wouldn't really know it except for one thing: they have this unfiltered and unconditional acceptance and trust toward the people they meet. This makes it super easy to become their friend, and to fall in love with their love story.\n\n(example of their awesomeness: they sat me with Morgan's mom at dinner. I've never had the privilege of sitting with the mother of the bride at dinner! I nearly fell off my chair. And I loved the company)\n\n2. They're obnoxiously cute together. While photographing them, I kept saying \"awww\" every time they made doe-eyes at each other or kissed. I think that was actually pretty obnoxious of me, and I really tried my hardest to stop... but I failed.\n\n3. Related to point 3 above, I had to actually remove some kissing shots from the slideshow because there were portions where a kissing photo would come every three slides. For sake of variety, I inserted some shots of them being happy & kissing and laughing with each other AS WELL as with others.\n\n4. MORGAN HAS AN AMAZING LAUGH. SHE LAUGHED ALL DAY LONG. \n\n5. Everyone in this wedding who was self-conscious about their looks, I secretly found stunning. I really really hope it shows in the photographs how much I loved photographing all these people.\n\n6. The wedding venue (The Tannery) and the hotel (The Walper) were a brief walk apart. I LOVED being able to drop my stuff off at the hotel, and walk along with Alicia and her family to the venue once everyone was ready, and then to be able to walk back at the end of the evening.\n\n7. This was my second Kitchener wedding. Kitchener downtown is awesome! I want to do more weddings there! Pretty please, someone get in touch with my people (aka DM me).\n\n8. The wedding day was made even more perfect by the following vendors: Allene Chomyn Hair Design who did gorgeous hair (actually at both weddings I have done in Kitchener this year), Nilo Makeup Art who did beautiful makeup, and by DJ Terry Green who kept the party alive for hours and hours. And Paula, Morgan's mom, who I believe was repsonsible for all the floral arrangements. And Nathan, who MCed the whole thing impeccably, and also shared my table and provided awesome company at dinner. And Hannah Coffey, who doesn't have a cake business, but perhaps should.... and so many other people who I'm forgetting. Jeez, you guys, it's hard to do this thank you stuff properly. Now I know how they feel at the Oscars' \ud83d\ude02\n\n9. Love is awesome. I wish Morgan and Alicia a life full of love.
