Marriage equality supporters packed a Wednesday hearing at the Capitol, the Associated Press reports. It faces one big obstacle\u2014Colorado Republicans.Colorado Gov. John HickenlooperColorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, a Democrat, supports gay marriage. Hickenlooper encouraged state lawmakers to pass civil union legislation during his January State of the State speech.Gaining GOP support might not be hard. The bill is expected to breeze through the full Senate.
