Martin O\u2019Malley threw his support behind gay marriage after it became legal in New York\u2014making quite the turnaround.Maryland Marriage Alliance plans a vigil, a series of sermons and a \u201ctraditional marriage\u201d rally. Supporters of gay marriage Marylanders for Marriage Equality will operate daily phone banks and descend on the state Capitol Feb. 13.A proposed bill got through the state Senate last spring. However, it lost momentum in the House of Delegates. The bill was unable to garner the necessary 71 votes.House Speaker Michael E.
