This helps the dry rub adhere to the meat.

In a small bowl, add seasoning salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard. Mix to incorporate. Sprinkle evenly on all sides of the roast, rubbing into the meat.

Place meat in a slow cooker and pour beer over the top. Cover and set the temperature to low. Let cook for at least 8-10 hours. I love to let mine go overnight. You'll know it's done when a fork inserted into the meat meets no resistance and it falls apart.

Pour off all liquid and remove the bone from meat (if done, it should just pull right out). Using two forks, pull apart meat to whatever size you like for sandwiches. For sliders, I choose a finer texture.

To make this extremely easy and carefree, you can pour over one bottle barbecue sauce or use the following recipe:

HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCE

- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1/2 medium onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 5-10 drops Tabasco sauce (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt
- pepper

In small kettle, heat oil until shimmering. Add minced onion and let sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Once softened, add molasses, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, liquid smoke, Tabasco, salt, pepper, and brown sugar.

Mix together and bring up to a simmer. Let simmer for a few minutes to cook out any raw flavors, approximately 10 minutes.

Pour over pulled pork and mix together.
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NFVYaD2SmZ4/default.jpg","https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NFVYaD2SmZ4/mqdefault.jpg","https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NFVYaD2SmZ4/hqdefault.jpg","https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NFVYaD2SmZ4/sddefault.jpg","https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NFVYaD2SmZ4/maxresdefault.jpg
{"@type":"Organization","@id":"https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeW5TzrZq-MyzuxJOrSb2_A#Organization
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeW5TzrZq-MyzuxJOrSb2_A
Wyse Guide
From my farm to your home. 🏡

My name is Kaleb Wyse and here, you will find delicious recipes, videos from my farm, garden, and fun home projects. After all, they’ve just spent time getting ready, getting to the venue, sitting through the ceremony and most likely dinner won’t be served for a few more hours. You want to serve an appetizer during cocktail hour that will hit the spot, satisfying guests’ hunger but not taking the place of a full meal. Offer too many appetizers, and guests will fill up on food and not eat the entree you spent a lot of your wedding budget on.
