Mimmo boasts more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Born in Lebanon, he grew up in Spain and spent time in Italy before moving to Georgia. A trendsetter, Mimmo has also become known for his creative vision and ability to introduce new cooking and cocktail trends to the market.
