The experience with scratch weddings was bad from the start. The associates that handle the accounts are only available during office hours speaking with them, scheduling calls and having emails answered was a big issue. We spent hours on our music match software and added so much music and must play things since my wife’s family is Italian and mine Venezuelan. The day of the wedding the DJ pronounced my name incorrectly 3 times we went over the pronunciation of my name several times and even emailed it to him. He never once looked at the music match because we had only one song in the do not play list and it was the first song he played. He played the wrong song for our fist dance and it was really horrible I will never get that moment back. The company was super careless at handling our wedding we had to plug in my iphone to play the first dance song properly the DJ was googling songs during the wedding we actually plugged out phones in 4 times and paid thousands for this.
We used DJ Alkaline, but the problems with this company are all the positions and it culminated with ruining part of our wedding.
Not sure if they didnt take our wedding seriously bc it was a gay wedding or they are just a bad company all the time. Didnt get any money back, it took forever to get in touch with someone to hear the problems we had and then we got a visa gift card in the mail.
Do not make the mistake of booking them!
