noreferrer\">Emily Birkeland<\/a> designed this heartwarming elopement inspiration to show couples that Covid-19 can&#8217;t stop them from having a special day.<\/p>\n<p>Using real-life married couple Aram and Juan, the team set up a casual picnic in California&#8217;s Joshua Tree National Park that celebrated both LGBTQ+ Pride and Mexican culture and also included the couple&#8217;s favorite foods.<\/p><div class=\"adsanity-rotating-ads ad-aligncenter\" data-ids=\"81704,81705\" data-timer=\"10\" data-align=\"aligncenter\" data-max-width=\"0\">\n<div id=\"ad-81704\" class=\"ad-840x90 adsanity-840x90 aligncenter adsanity-aligncenter\"\n><div class=\"adsanity-inner\"><iframe scrolling=\"no\" style=\"border:none;\" src=\"https:\/\/equallywed.com\/adsanity-ad\/81704\"><\/iframe><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;As a gay man myself,&#8221; says Gomez, &#8220;it has become increasingly important to me that I represent my community in my professional photography.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As the sun dyed the park golden, Aram and Juan toasted with custom margaritas and feasted on wood-fired pepperoni and jalape\u00f1o pizza.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My hope is that this styled shoot can show people they can still have romantic elopements and weddings in a world where large gatherings are on hold,&#8221; Gomez says. &#8220;All you need is love, pizza, margaritas, and some golden light!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a
