Once again, a red carpet moment was brought to you by aisle style. Instead of going with a designer’s runway look, E! News starlet Giuliana Rancic hosted Sunday night’s Miss America pageant in a bridal gown. And not just any bridal gown—one of my favorites from the Spring/Summer 2012 collections.

Rancic wowed in Ines Di Santo’s Cameo gown ($4,900), which boasts asymmetrical ruching, Chantilly lace and one of the season’s hottest trends—the high slit. The oversized floral organza cluster at the shoulder completes the look of elegance.
Rancic hosted the annual event with Andy Cohen which crowned the Miss America title to Miss Rhode Island, 20-year-old cellist by the name of Olivia Culpo. Culpo won the crown after voicing support for transgender contestants. When asked if transgender women should be allowed to enter beauty contests, Culpo responded, “I do think it would be fair. There are so many people who have a need to change for a happier life. I do accept that because I believe it’s a free country.”
