Congratulations! Getting married is such an exciting and fun time. Here at JMP, I LOVE being a tiny part of this, by capturing your wedding day moments as they happen! From getting ready photos and your wedding ceremony, to couple’s portraits and dancing the night away, I bring over a decade of experience photographing weddings.
My approach to wedding photography is natural and documentary. I LOVE documenting your moments and the connections you have with your partner, family, and friends on your wedding day. Whether that’s a first look with your parents, or an intimate snuggle on a secluded mountain top with your new spouse, I am here for it! The sweet kisses and the laughter are perfect to capture, and so are all of those in between moments that you will cherish for the rest of your life.
When you book your wedding photography with me, I will guide you through the hard parts, and the not so hard parts. I take away the worry and stress, and help with the photography timeline, recommend other wedding vendors if you need them, help you feel comfortable in front of my camera, show you how to choose your new wall art to hang in your home, and more. I am here to help make this beautiful experience fun and seamless. After all, you have enough to worry about with other wedding planning details!

Jessica was a top notch professional from initial inquiry to working with her on our wedding album. She was extremely friendly, communicative, and willing to answer any and all of our questions! Jessica is a super talented photographer and was a keystone to the success of the memories of our wedding in Columbus, NC. Jessica is absolutely amazing! She photographed our wedding at the Botanical Gardens in Asheville, North Carolina and we could not stop crying when we got our photos back! From beginning to end, Jessica knew what she was doing, helped us get clear on what we wanted, communicated well and did a wonderful job capturing our wedding day the way we wanted her to. She listened to our ideas/requests and also did a good job offering suggestions or balancing our ideas with her experiences and knowledge from being a part of so many weddings and was very easy to work with. She even reminded my wife to eat during the reception and was a grounding part of the day. We ended up with so many good pictures that captured the entire day, we couldn’t be happier!
