WedWell has been in business since 2014, and we’ve been committed to marriage equality since long before. We had the joy of working with couples who waited decades to get married once it became legal across the US and continue to do what we can to project this right in the future.

We both grew up realizing that marriage was not in each of our cards, so we had conditioned ourselves to not have it enter our minds. Fast forward in each of our lives to when we met and dated and moved in and after Obergefell v Hodges, we started to think marriage was a possibility. We both knew how to ask and answer a question, but were clueless on pulling off a wedding and reception. Where to begin was stressful! Enter stage left the wonderful Claire Letourneau who coordinated and planned and met with us frequently to walk us through the whole process, and with gracious patience. I’m super glad for WedWell because I still fondly recall our reception — it was just a perfect celebration and party!

Our planner Claire from WedWell did an amazing job. We couldn’t have been happier with the process and the end result. She handled everything from start to finish with all the details in the between – venue, contracts, vendors, catering, DJ, band, to day of – she helped guide us in our decisions and gave us options when needed. She and her spreadsheets are highly detail oriented and will provide a roadmap for a truly remarkable event. We did a Mardi Gras Masquerade. We had several guests tell us it was one of the best celebrations they had ever been to…and it was! We can’t recommend Claire enough.

If you’re looking/need to hire a planner to coordinate your wedding day or weekend, look no further than WedWell (aka Claire). Claire will make sure that your wedding day proceeds seamlessly, no matter the weather and regardless of the unpredictable challenges that inevitably arise.
We initially interviewed Claire because of her excellent reviews from diverse couples across multiple wedding platforms. It quickly became clear that she had earned these positive reviews, and we were pleased to bring her onto our vendor team. Indeed, hiring Claire was one of our best wedding decisions. She is responsive, organized, and personable. To that end, she quickly connected with a team of vendors, most of whom she had not worked with before, and responded to our emails in 36 hours, no matter the day of the week. Also, her vendor recommendations were very strong (our photographer and DJ were next level).
In the days leading up to the wedding, Claire took over all of the logistics, and handled pretty much every communication with the venue and our various vendors–we barely had to do a thing. More importantly, once the big weekend had actually arrived, everything was easy. It rained much of our wedding day, but Claire helped us adjust our schedule on the fly to take advantage of the good weather for pictures. We even had somebody come to the wedding who we did not invite–and we did not hear a thing about it until after the ceremony, when the guest introduced herself to us. Claire had adjusted the seating and escorted the guest to the appropriate table.
In sum, planning a wedding is an endeavor and we feel lucky we had Claire to make it the best party it could be.
