The queen of sweet buffets, Amy Atlas, is releasing her first book! If you’re even thinking of having a dessert or candy buffet at your wedding you’ve probably seen Atlas’s beautiful work on her blog, Sweet Designs, or pinned on a board over at Pinterest.

Keep your budget and number of guests in mind when deciding what food and how much of it to order. It’s okay to order more food because guests can take leftovers home as their favor. | |
Choose a color scheme to help coordinate both the table display and types of candies and desserts you want to serve. | |
If you’re planning a large display you may not need a dessert course, but if you do, opt for both have containers and bags available for guests to take sweets home. | |
Don’t forget to add decorative elements to the design: balloons, flowers, paper crafts, etc. |
