Barry is an actor and writer and Mikey is a puppeteer for theater and television. The couple moved in with each other after three months and were engaged for over two years while they waited for same-sex marriage to be legally recognized in their countries (Ireland and England). The minute marriage equality was offered, they began planning their wedding. They personalized every detail, from naming tables after their favorite movies and using custom Legos as seat holders for each guest. They even had a special place mat customized by a friend for guests to color during speeches. At the beautiful Hatfield House Estate, home of Queen Elizabeth I, this enchanting wedding was a dream come true and full of love.
