Holman Photography | San Francisco Bay Area Wedding & Elopement Photographer

For more than 20 years, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing weddings and celebrations throughout San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma Wine Country, Carmel, Monterey and the greater Bay Area. My approach is natural, relaxed and editorial, with an emphasis on genuine connections, beautiful light and the moments that unfold when people are simply being themselves.

I’m particularly drawn to intimate weddings, elopements and celebrations that reflect the personalities and lives of the people getting married. Whether it’s a quiet ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, a gathering among the redwoods, a Wine Country celebration or a wedding with a hundred of your favorite people, I believe the most memorable photographs come from being present rather than performing for the camera.

As an LGBTQ+ Inclusive Certified photographer with Equally Wed, I’ve been photographing same-sex weddings and celebrations for many years. I believe every couple deserves to feel comfortable, respected and entirely themselves in front of the camera.

I also photograph surprise proposals and engagements, and enjoy helping couples plan the details, particularly when a little discretion and creativity are involved.

My work has appeared in The Knot, 7×7, Engaged! and The Art of Capturing Love, and I’ve been recognized by SF Weekly and other Bay Area publications.
