As they stumbled upon a literature-themed trivia night that evening, it was as if fate had already planned their path. The instant chemistry between them was undeniable, and it didn’t take long for them to realize that they had something truly special.

Despite living on opposite sides of Seattle, Elli and Sara couldn’t bear to spend too much time apart. They quickly fell into a routine of spending most of their evenings together, sharing laughter, dreams, and stories. The physical distance between them did little to dampen their growing affection.

The two brides chose a weekend wedding at IslandWood on beautiful Bainbridge Island, a lush, forested paradise that symbolized the enchanting nature of their love story. The magical setting was perfect for their forested adventure.
In May 2022, Elli and Sara exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, their love blossomed even more as they said “I do.” It was a day filled with love, laughter and cherished moments that they would carry with them throughout their lifetime.
BUILDING A LIFE TOGETHER
Today, Elli and Sara continue to celebrate their love by sharing their passions. They enjoy playing board games, which remain an integral part of their relationship, bringing joy and competitiveness in equal measure. Exploring the outdoors is another shared love, and they often embark on adventures with their two furry companions, Pepper and Cola.
