Lewis and Jeremy’s wedding day was filled with autumnal decor and colors. Both grooms attached boutonnieres to their suits made of seasonal flowers in orange hues. The grooms walked alone down separate aisles to process into the ceremony at the same time while a live string trio performed. Jeremy and Lewis’ wedding atop the Chicago Tribune Tower offered breathtaking views of the city. The two exchanged their own vows and wedding bands, decorated with custom heartbeat patterns.
After the ceremony guests headed to event venue Howells and Hood for the reception. Guests found their seats using place cards with assigned baseball team logos. The fall theme carried over to the reception. Rustic centerpieces included orange candles and flowers in vases made of tree trunks. Tables also featured jars of candy corn, a seasonal favorite. Both men shared in a first dance with their mothers. Lewis and Jeremy made sure to take a break from the party to head outside and capture some stunning nighttime photos of their wedding day.
