Chicago Loft Lesbian Wedding

After Nicole and Kari had a small destination wedding in Hawaii, they held a small party in Chicago to celebrate with their family and friends. The couple hired Naturally Yours Events to help plan this intimate reception. The night started off with cocktail hour on the roof, overlooking a gorgeous sunset illuminating the Chicago skyline. Afterwards, the party moved downstairs for a funky cocktail reception. Everything about the reception was centered on Chicago, starting with a map (modeled after the Chicago Transit Authority “L” map) that guided guests to the food stations. These stations had their favorite Chicago foods: Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Antique Taco, croquettes and Italian beef. For dessert, they had little cupcakes that payed homage to the Chicago flag. The couple had a slideshow and also displayed an album of their wedding in Hawaii for their guests to enjoy. As photography was important to them, they also had a fun photo booth and encouraged their guests to mingle and dance!
