New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is showing his support for the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) push to get gay marriage legally recognized in the Empire State. Though the New York Senate rejected legislation that would have guaranteed marriage equality last year, HRC is spearheading New Yorkers for Marriage Equality, an ad campaign infused with star power in an attempt to bring marriage equality back to the table in the state legislature. Other ads feature Julianne Moore, Kyra Sedgwick and Rev. Al Sharpton.
