Colleen and Mary had a retro Brooklyn wedding at Liberty Warehouse. “Mary and I envisioned our wedding to have a super fun and laid back feel,” says Colleen. “We also wanted our guests to feel just as important to our wedding as it was to the the two of us. Mary and I wrote our own vows to express the love we share for one another. We wanted our ceremony to not just be a quick part of our day but rather the essence of our day.”
FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER:
At the beginning of the day, Colleen and Mary got ready together at the hotel with a few friends and family members. We then spent an hour around DUMBO and Red Hook, traveling in a vintage cab, finding places that were sweet and special to the couple. Jane’s Carousel was one of the spots — as was the Brooklyn Bridge.
Later, Colleen and Mary were surrounded by their closest friends and family members for a candlelit ceremony at The Liberty Warehouse. The couple was greeted by a round of applause as they each entered the room! It was magical.
