Please note that to meet the “towering expectations” of the future, Louisville Water Tower Park is undergoing major renovations during 2022 and 2023. The work is scheduled to be complete in 2023. When it reopens, guests will enjoy a stylish, versatile, and acoustic friendly indoor facility, and they will enjoy a breathtakingly beautiful historic tower, restored to its original elegance.

Venue Rental Rates
Venue Rental Rates includes the facility fee and the following amenities: 20 – 8 foot tables (indoors only), 10 – 60 inch round tables (indoor only), 4 – 6 foot tables (indoor only), 200 white chairs (indoor only), 5 cocktail tables, two private dressing areas and an onsite staff person for the duration of your event.
Peak-Season [April – November]
• Monday – Thursday Daytime: $600
• Monday – Thursday Evening: $800
• Friday – Sunday Daytime or Evening: $4,000
• Holiday Rate: +50% premium
Off-Season [December – March]
• Monday – Thursday Daytime: $450
• Monday – Thursday Evening: $650
• Friday – Sunday Daytime or Evening: $3,500
• Holiday Rate: +50% premium
Rental Process
Rental agreements are processed on a first-received basis and available dates may be held for put 14 days. A deposit of $500 is required by the end of the 14-day period to secure your date. Please keep in mind that spring and fall are popular wedding seasons so we encourage you to book your date as early as possible.
