What’s Included
Before the Wedding:
- Initial consultation and tour and subsequent visits followed by unlimited communication with your Venue Coordinator
- Two planning sessions
- Personalized vendor recommendations
- Floor plans for the ceremony, cocktails and reception
- Detailed timeline review and guidance
- Final walk-through prior to event
On the Day:
- Vendor coordination with setup and breakdown
- Delivery of welcome drinks to couple and wedding party
- Golf cart escort for couple
- Private wedding suites to get ready
- Lighted parking lot with 100 spaces, including four accessible spaces
- Integrated sound system in the barn and on the patio
- Lawn games
- Engagement session: Dedicated time on the Farm for a photo session to be scheduled with the Venue Coordinator
