Twilight and Spencer actress Kristen Stewart revealed this morning that she is engaged to actress/screenwriter Dylan Meyer, who she has been dating for the past two years.
Stewart announced the good news on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show.
“We’re marrying, we’re totally gonna do it,” she told Stern. “I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We’re marrying, it’s happening.”
In an interview with Stern last year, Stewart already expressed how excited she was to marry Meyer. “I think good things happen fast,” she said, adding that she told Meyer she loved her only two weeks after they started seeing each other.
“It was like really late,” Stewart explained, “and we were in some shitty bar, and her friends were there or whatever, and they like walked out, and I was just like, ‘Oh man, I’m so fucking in love with you. Done,’” she recalled. “It wasn’t like a thing, and also it was like so obvious. It just is.”
Meyer has also not been shy about publicizing her love for Stewart. On Instagram in 2019, she posted a photo of the couple kissing and wrote, “Find me under the covers hiding from the happiness police.”

Last year on Stewart’s birthday, she wrote a sweet message about the couple’s love.
“It’s my absolute favorite persons birthday and I’m wishing everyone the volume of beautiful feeling I feel toward her. It’s a short ride on this earth, spend your time with someone that inspires you to be the best version of yourself and lights your shit on fire.”
