Marriage equality advocate Zach Wahls, who became a YouTube sensation for his speech during a 2011 Iowa House Judiciary Committee, is making headlines once again with his moving speech at the Democratic National Convention, telling the GOP presidential nominee, “Mr. Romney, my family is just as real as yours. President Obama understands that, and supports my moms’ marriage. President Obama put his political future on the line to do what is right.”
