Jimmy and Steve have been together twenty years now. They planned a wedding that included magical touches like a butterfly release and our moms as their flower girls, throwing flower petals on all the guests as they made their way down the aisle. Jimmy and Steve’s son was one of their groomsmen as was their oldest nephew.
Jimmy’s aunt created a breathtakingly beautiful scarf to use for their hand binding. And since they already had rings from their commitment ceremony in 1999, Jimmy’s aunt also made them chains to wear around their necks to symbolize their continued commitment to each other and this beautiful perfect day.
