Devon and Virginia got married on September 23, 2017, with a reception at the Provincetown Inn. Provincetown is a favorite for both Devon and Virginia. It’s where they both spend the majority of their summer because Virginia’s family owns a cottage in Truro that both spend over a month in the summer living.
Virginia got ready with her family and close friend Lucy at the cottage on Saturday morning. Devon got ready with her family and close friends at the Provincetown Inn. Everyone met up at the iconic jetty and adjacent park next to the Inn for Devon and Virginia’s first look. Virginia and Devon said their vow’s at the First Congregational Parish in Truro, Massachusetts. This Cape Cod chapel is where Virginia’s parents also got married. The ceremony was appointed by close friend Rev. Marcella Gillis, a former classmate of Virginia’s at Yale Divinity School, and included readings by family and a performance of “Amazing Grace.”
