We hired vybe society to provide music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. They were excellent at each step – extremely flexible in learning songs that were important for, professional, and most important so fun. All of our guests were dancing and partying with them until the very end of the night. We’d recommend asking for them to bring horns to your wedding, it really added to the music and made the dancing a blast. They ended up learning 5 or 6 new songs for our processional, recessional, bride’s song, entrance song (for the reception), first dance, and mother/groom’s dance. “This band was an absolute dream. From the start of booking to the actual execution at our event, Vybe was seamless, accessible, responsive and SO SO SO talented. We had a few change ups of songs last minute which they learned and executed with perfection. Both the brass band sextet and the Vybe band were perfect – our guests were obsessed (and so are we obviously). I would highly, highly HIGHLY recommend this band. P. S. We had a very specific song version chosen for our first dance and Tasche CRUSHED IT. Everyone was swooning. Also, we started our “party” a bit late after dinner went longer than anticipated and Vybe simply skipped over their scheduled breaks and played straight through – something we did NOT expect but were so grateful for. Vybe Society was absolutely fantastic! Their energy, skill, and musical precision absolutely guaranteed a wonderful time for us and all of our guests. Nearly all of our guests commented on how fantastic the music was at our wedding and it showed because the dance floor was full the entire night! They went above and beyond just creating a typical “wedding song” playlist. Instead, they read the crowd, tailored their performance to the moment, and really were just perfection. In addition, the entire planning process with Catherine was flawless. They all professional, responsive via email, and accountable. It was an absolute PLEASURE to have them at our wedding! I hired a string trio for my wedding and was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and quality of music. They even took a piece of music that I gave them and converted it from piano to strings so they could play it for my big day. They brought a huge amount of energy to the reception and played essentially non stop. Whole wedding was dancing from start to finish. Nice jazz ensemble for the cocktail hour as well (complete with stand up bass). Music selection was on point and every song was performed flawlessly. – Kevin, married on 9/7/2019

Tasche and the band are professional, talented, and versatile musicians. They have a great sound and put together killer arrangements (full horn section!). They tailored the set lists perfectly, brought high energy throughout, and kept the dance floor packed for our reception. So many guests came up to us asking about the awesome band! On top of all that, it was super easy and enjoyable working with them leading up to our wedding day. Highly recommend Vybe Society! Truly one of the highlights of the evening!

Vybe Society was absolutely amazing during our wedding experience! As a same-sex, interracial couple, it was important to us to select a band that celebrated our union. Their values of developing relationships with their clients and individualizing their services rang true and made us feel incredibly valued throughout the process. The music was soulful and the band’s energy brought everyone out onto the dance floor! We would highly recommend them to ANY couple looking to bring live music into their celebration in a meaningful and memorable way.
