Equally Wed announced its winners June 7 for the 2021 Equally Wed Awards honoring LGBTQ+ inclusive wedding vendors and venues in 31 categories. The community had the opportunity to nominate LGBTQ+ inclusive businesses during a three-week period in April. Those with the most nominations advanced to the final round and were announced May 6. Voting ended May 21. The team at Equally Wed named the final winners June 7.
Competition was fierce! Some of the winners won by two-tenths of a point. Luckily, all voting was done through Google Forms and the team at Equally Wed just had the fun work of administering and promoting the contest and leaving all the deciding up to the community. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists!
