Two of the sweetest grooms I’ve come across married in Alabama late in the summer. The way LaDarius and William look at each other melts my heart, and the details of their wedding are just as lovely. The husbands-to-be spent their time getting ready together—from a trip to the nail salon for manis and pedis the day before to helping each other dress just before the ceremony and couple photos around Birmingham. They didn’t want to spend a second of it apart! LaDarius and William spoke handwritten vows to each other in their wedding ceremony and then united their love with a sand ritual The varying shades of purple in the wedding attendants’ attire paired with their gray suits brings the entire ensemble together perfectly. LaDarius and William are one of the most sincere couples we’ve had the pleasure to work with. The love that these two share truly radiates, and their wedding day was one for the books. They chose matching gray suits with purple accents, and with cute bow ties! After getting dressed, we spent an hour on romance photos, finding the light-filled nooks of their venue and venturing around downtown Birmingham. Not only can LaDarius and William completely kill the most romantic shots, we were also belly-laughing the entire time—these guys have a wonderful sense of humor. We returned to the venue to shoot formal portraits (their groomsmen and groomsladies were just as dashing) and to prep for the ceremony. They recited handwritten vows and the whole room was in tears (myself included). They sealed the deal with the sweetest kiss and then the party began. After everything was said and done, they went to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios for a fun-filled honeymoon.
