The Meadow and St. Vrain River. The two outdoor ceremony sites offer a very romantic feel. Wooden pews are set on both sides of a stone walkway with views across lush fields and an aspen grove in the meadow. The river location has mats set on a raised decking platform for guests to view a riverside ceremony.
The Copeland and St. Vrain Rooms. These rooms both feature large dance floors and outside decks. The natural wood and stone craftsmanship create a warm and inviting ambience. The Copeland Room has a bar made with pillars of goblin pine from the Pacific Northwest, while the St. Vrain Room mimics an Irish pub, complete with stained glass. Up to 250 guests can be accommodated for the reception in each of the two rooms.
The Wild Basin Wedding Package includes exclusive use of the lodge, your ceremony, your reception and the staff to plan and execute your wedding day. Only one wedding is held each day. Couples can choose from two outdoor ceremony sites and use Copeland and/or St. Vrain rooms based on their guest count and wedding vision. An in-house event planner works with the couple to develop a personalized event timeline and a day-of coordinator will use the timeline to execute the wedding as planned on the day of. Use of the building includes the bridal dressing room for four hours, tables, chairs, plates, glassware and silverware, as well as the set up and tear down of these items and a dance floor.
